After the fun night in San Fransisco, we headed south... we drove down the Pacific Coast Highway making scenic stops along the way...Carmel by the Sea, beautiful state parks with amazing lookouts with more sea lions and deer right beside us on the paths!, the Hearst Castle, Solvang (where we had real danish pastries!), and a beautiful historic mission in Santa Barbara, and I am sure so much more that I am forgetting! It was wonderful and the game was fun even though we lost! It was good to see Adam...oh, and he is not the only one that we saw at the game...we also saw Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (he was so tall and walked right by us!) and Pat Head Summit walked right by us too! It was a wonderful get away! Thanks to all who helped us with the kids while we were gone! They were spoiled by Nana, Yaya and Jerry (pap), Aunt Shelby, and Nora had her own get away with cousin Sara! Thanks also to Connie and JB for transporting them!
