4 year old thoughts...

Nora talks a lot about going to kindergarten next year and honestly cannot wait, counting the days... while I, on the other hand, am not and will not be ready to have my last little one gone during the day. That being said, I was a little happy as she spoke the other day questioning if she would get to stay home with me again after kindergarten. I explained that yes, each summer between grades she would be home for the summer with me like the big kids... she thought for a second and said, "mommy, I don't want to grow up (long pause) because then I can't ride on daddy's shoulders anymore!"
