happy fall surprise bloom!

One of my friends in my prayer group grows the most beautiful coxcomb flowers and every year gives me a "bouquet" to place on my table and tells me how easy it is to take the multitude of seeds that they drop and scatter them and get lots of blooms the next year...every year I do that and the next year, every time, nothing blooms!  Last year our school was under construction so our prayer group was here and she shared her beautiful flowers once again, I scattered those seeds and... nothing, but she poured the water out (of the large bucket that transported those flowers) by my front porch... and I have a beautiful bloom of my own!!!
