american girl store!

we made a trip to georgia to visit family and stopped at the american girl store for the girls.  This was their first time in one and I think they enjoyed it...Mally had fun even though she is outgrowing the dolls...she did grow up loving these dolls and many birthdays and christmas were filled with these goodies!  Nora was all excited about getting her bitty twins (girl) ears pierced and we stood in that line at the "salon and spa"!!!  Once at the counter we made our request only for the response, "Oh, sweetie, she is too young...we have stick on earrings for her!"  Nora was not too pleased but quickly recovered! (although she mentioned to us later, she IS a bitty...she won't get any older!!!) Girls were good and only asked for a couple small accessories and to share a doll outfit!  The three of us had a sweet little lunch in the bistro!  Nora loved that her doll had a "seat" at the table, even a cup!
