He always tires of the story, but each birthday we are so thankful for each of our kids, but he has a special story! He struggled that first day (and week and then a few years later in other ways)... as the nurse consoled me and asked if I had any questions and I replied "will he live?" and couldn't breathe as she said "I can't answer that right now..." I spent those first days unable to hold him and rubbed his little back...He is a miracle and we are so happy to have him hugging on us still as a teenager (he even hugs me in front of his friends!)
He wanted pizza from a local joint that is REALLY good and since our dairy free friend is away at camp... that and cheesecake were a good choice! I also surprised him with a GIANT boston cream cupcake from whole foods (even got all 14 candles in!) He got lots of sheet music for his drums from us...looking forward to hearing it!
happy birthday...cha cha cha! Nora singing to (annoying) her big brother!!!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY REILLY!!!!!
