sunshine...

Bright and sunny weekend...flynn and I had a wonderful very quick get away to go to Indianapolis for a dear friends wedding. He went to grade school with me and to high school with flynn and now is a great friend of ours at church and even has a great influence on our kids! BUT on friday as we took the kids to my mom and pap's we admired the beautiful sunny sky and Nora said "you know the sun doesn't have the lines coming from it like in pictures... I think it is really Jesus' big shiny head peeking out from heaven!" First time I have heard that explanation! I like it! Brought a smile to me all weekend and even now! Then Mally was talking about what a wonderful time she had at yaya and pap's and she said she and Pap had a little talk! She also beamed as she said he saw her as she woke up on Sunday and said "good morning sunshine!" I am so thankful that my kids are experiencing a grandfather again! (another smile!)
