my sweet grandparents (mom's parents) were just reunited at the hospital.  He was sent to the hospital three weeks ago and almost lost him... he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure among other things. My grandmother was taken to see him one of the first few days and they continued to ask for each other. She is in beginning of Alzheimer's and was calling her kids every few minutes asking where he was...he is the one constant in her life.  He was doing better and one night the nurse saw him mid change in his room..he said he had to get home! They need each other. They haven't been away from each other that long since he was in service.  This past friday she had an infection and was sent to the hospital for a scary surgery... the nurses began rolling them to each others room!
