last night was the induction into the national junior honor society. We were proud that Hagan (who was in it his two junior high years) was asked to present Mally and pin her! It was sweet to see so many siblings there doing the same. Love our small little school!
then...this box comes home with hagan...I am struggling to even look at the thing! Inside are invitations to an upcoming graduation, his! I cannot grasp the thought that he will be going away in a few months!
On sunday we took the younger three to evening mass and Hagan went to a SEARCH mass and out with that little group, so we took the other three on a family date night to dinner. During dinner, nora says "I don't like this..." We reply what, and she says "It is not fun doing a special family dinner and not having the WHOLE family here!" Next year is going to be hard for all of us!

It IS crazy to think that Hagan goes to college next year, WHAT? I could be teaching HIM, so weird!!!!!
Congrats to your daughter on the jr national honor society - what a great achievement! And, I'm sure it was very special to have your son be a part of her special moment as well. Hang in there as your prepare for your son's graduation - hope everyone adapts well to the changes ahead!
