busy and fun filled weekend!

started with a big homecoming (and a great win!) with Hagan in a tux presenting a sweet friend who was in the homecoming court!  (Ironically her grandmother and Hagan's nana are great friends and worked together for years and we did not know the connection!)  We got to enjoy hanging out with him in a party for the court before the game!

then the parish carnival on saturday...nora got face painting and her HAIR!!!

then... homecoming dance!  Sweet "other son" Cameron came in from college to take a friend to the dance!  Got a silly shot of the boys before they went to pick up the girls!

and finished the weekend with first cross country meet...Nora said she'd like to come in somewhere around fifth, but if she got in the top 10, she'd like to get a snow cone (and for Mally to get a cell  phone, but that won't happen!)

6th place out of a very large group of girls, and what looked so easy!  She did get the snow cone!

malachy had to run 1 1/2 miles! and did awesome!  She did not know the track because she had missed the trial run, but still was in the top 20 (#17 out of 7th and 8th grade girls!)...she is shooting higher next week and is proposing for texting on the ipod!  We'll see!
correction... just found out Mally was 14th!
