a recipe (courtesy of nora!)

Spent the day at the doctor for a yucky summer virus and Nora finds a recipe in a highlights magazine... she looks in my purse for paper (a receipt!)  and writes it (draws) down to do at home... and we had to make it!  (We had no applesauce so had to boil an apple, drain and mash...and now she prefers that to jarred, go figure!)   Butter bread, put cheese and turkey in middle topped with applesauce and sprinkle of cinnamon then top piece of bread, grill and eat!  She LOVED it!!!
