the cupcake gift...

Today we celebrated christmas with our Flucy (cousin Ann Frances!) We got lots of goodies, but our family gift was the "Big Top Cupcake" Maker (as seen on TV...Nora reminded us!) Of course we had to make a cake right away! We made a smaller one (egg and dairy free cake mix and frosting mix that we got for Mally, it is very good! It is gluten and nut free as well....www.cherrybrookkitchen.com)...Nora suggested a dog cake (although it looks more like a cat!)with blueberry eyes and a raspberry nose, pretzel whiskers and peppermint chocolate ears! It was good and fun! we are going to make the BIG one next time and do a filling in it!
